This approach still drives Urban Angel today and our focus is always on careful sourcing of ingredients at their seasonal best. Our chefs use these ingredients to create amazing food for everyday eating.

We love organic, but hate food miles, so we work with local suppliers as much as possible. For the last 15 years we have made it our mission to source ingredients as carefully as possible. Sometimes that means they are organic, sometimes they are local.

We work with a variety of coffee roasters and our bespoke blend is freshly ground throughout the day.
