I'm delighted to welcome you to the University of Bedfordshire. Here at the University we currently have a perfect academic reputation, and our recent league table successes have been cause for celebration. We currently have seen a colossal 29 per cent increase in applications to UCAS for 2009 entry. This follows a rise of 9. 1 per cent in 2008 and an increase of 41. 2 per cent in 2007. We currently have been rated 2nd in the UK for Journalism and for Marketing, 3rd for Complementary Medicine, 4th for Human Resource Management, 7th for Dance, and sixteenth for Nursing and for Social Work according to the National Student Survey 2009.

Facilities include broadcast television and digital radio studios, digital video editing suites, electronic newsrooms, white space studio, multimedia suites, and additional studios for online and design work. Set out over four-storeys the 6000m2 of teaching space features cutting edge facilities including four computer laboratories and workshops for subjects such as automotive engineering, cyber-security and robotics, along with three large teaching labs, and four specialist containment labs.
