Powell Blinds have been trading successfully since 1989 although Tim Powell, the owner, has been within the industry for many years. In fact Tim's family have been involved with the blind business since 1960, Tim's father having originally established Perma System Uk Ltd along with VBM, Sunray and Perma Panorama until they were sold to Turnils Ab, now part of the worldwide Hunter Douglas Group.
