Ultimate Pilates

read moreLed by highly qualified and experienced Instructor, each class starts by focusing on alignment, breath and the powerhouse connection followed by floor based Pilates exercises and culminates in standing work. Instructions are verbal with demonstrations where appropriate. The 55 minute classes are booked as part of a six week term. Each term is carefully structured to ensure a systematic progression through the Classical Pilates System, building your strength, stamina and knowledge. Classes are varied through the use of Pilates equipment designed to aid your understanding of the correct muscular initiation and to provide additional challenges.

read moreWorking one on one in our beautiful and tranquil Pilates studio using only the finest Classical Pilates apparatus allows you to experience Pilates as it was originally taught. Joseph Pilates developed each piece of apparatus with wonderful names such as The Universal Reformer, the Cadillac and the Wunda chair to help individual clients overcome the weaknesses in their bodies. A session in the studio incorporates matwork and use of the apparatus following the Classical Pilates System to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
