Orders received Monday to Friday after 5pm will be dispatched the following working day. If you receive a faulty product, ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, return the goods to us within 14 days. You only have to send the product back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the goods (subject to our terms and conditions).

In order to apply for credit terms, your first order with us needs to exceed 1000 (excluding vat) and be paid for either on line via credit or debit card.
