We control and project manage our own development and refurbishment projects which recently included the development of phase 2 of Ribble Court at Red Scar Business Park, comprising 14,000 sq ft ( 1400sq m) of business space which completed in the summer of 2020 and is now fully let along with the rest of Red Scar Business Park and 35 mainly two bed room apartments at Tustin Heights, St Andrews Road North, St Annes completed in the of Summer 2019 and soon became fully occupied.
