We've got an alarming love of watches, and with our brands fortunately we are in our element. We are official agents for Breitling, Longines, Omega, Oris, TAG Heuer and Tudor and because we are totally independent, we can give an impartial view on all our watches including icons like Navitimer, Speedmaster, Carrera and Black Bay.

read moreJewellery is in our family - our father Barry trained as a jeweller in the 1960s before starting work at the bench for various local businesses. After some years doing repair work at Tustains he settled to work here full time, eventually becoming a partner and in time buying the shop out right. We still remember living above the shop in the early days as we had sold our family home to finance this endeavour. As you may imagine from this very brief description of our early days at Tustains, having been around the business all our lives our passion for what we produce runs very deep and is the beating heart that drives us to keep things special and to do things the right way.

They are constantly undergoing training in all aspects of jewellery and watches and offer help in a straightforward, friendly and helpful manor to any enquiry you may have. Our team's expertise means we are well qualified to undertake all types of jewellery and watch repairs, cleaning, servicing and alterations, and can also offer valuations. Tom's has a degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing but at Tustains is concentrated on watches. We are fixated on the time.
