Better then others
True Telecom was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I have since recommended them to 3 friends also with small businesses. In the rare times we've had any issues with broadband reception or phone lines, they have been very quickly resolved even when the problem was not on True's side.Once a customer service rep sorted out a problem with the broadband box by staying on the phone with me to test and resolve with the box provider. When the box maker could only commit to replacing it in 2 weeks, the True account manager sent me a refurbished replacement completely free of charge within 2 days.
True Telecom has contacted me pro-actively on several occasions to review my packages in order to save me more money, and they have. When they call at a busy time and I suggest a better time, they are great at respecting that and doing so.
The reps have always been polite, knowledgeable and service-orientated. When I closed one retail location, the process was painless.

Better then others
Well done True for caring and helping me.Look companies get it wrong - they are not perfect. I found out I was mistakenly put on a internet package I could never have used. As the speed was never going to be fast enough were my new build shared office complex was.
Point is - the every day agents were unable to help me until I talked to Tom. Thank you to Customer Services for listening - for caring, for putting it right. I got a part refund as they agreed it was not fair for me to have paid for something I could not use.
And if I can find a way to stay with True, I will as at the end of the day what us small entrepreneurs is someone who treats us like family and sorts it out - the very reason I first joined I wanted to avoid fat cats large internet companies who take our money but would not care about us, who we are and do not understand that as small business - we are the acorns that grow into tears and hence initially need that TLC. And hand holding. So as one small SME to another - choose True if you can.
