Towell House
Social & Welfare Services in Belfast, County Antrim
In the early 1950's the late David Towell, a London tailor, who was born in Northern Ireland, gifted a sum of money to establish a Charitable Trust with the goal of opening a domestic home. Towell House opened its door to its 1st residents in 1957 and was an immediate success as it was possibly the 1st home of its kind in the East Belfast area. Since then we've continuously endeavoured to understand the wishes of our benefactor and supply best quality accommodation for older people. 1998 saw the opening of a major extension representing a substantial financial investment in the Home.
