ToTel Ltd was established in 1998 by Tony Granger MD with many years knowledge in the mobile phone industry. Tony brought together a staff of experienced dedicated specialists from with within the industry, one of whom was Andy Spink as Director and Co. Secretary who joined from Vodafone where he had been since the beginning in 1985.
