But how do we achieve this impressive feat? Dealing mostly in online mail order, our operations are spread across two huge warehouses covering 5900 sq ft. Stored inside are hundreds upon thousands of musical instruments, PA systems, studio equipment, accessories and so much more. Built specifically to manage our large inventory is a state of the art stock control system, which allows us to keep track of each and every item ensuring an accurate stock level at all times.

Once your order enters our system, it is instantly sent to our stock pickers. They are told exactly what to pick and where to pick it from and moments later, they bring the item(s) to our despatch department. Once more, thanks to our stock control system, a member of the despatch team simply scans your order, scans the picked items, double-checks that everything is present and correct and sends your order on its way!
