All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking. If you move out of the area you must register with a local practice, as we are unable to visit or provide out of hours services. If you move house within the practice area, or change your telephone number, please inform the receptionists of the change as soon as possible.
