Tolly Paving

Tolly Paving was established in 1987 by Terry Pointer following huge knowledge in management for both a major block paving manufacturer and a Block Laying Contractor. He therefore has a broad knowledge of both sides of the industry, is a past Chairman of Interlay and HLTG, the Hard Landscape Training Group, and has, for many years, represented Interlay on BSI committees for the paving industry. Terry now looks after the Business Development and Admin side of the business and, to his regret, doesn't spend as much time on site as he would like!
