From booking my first appointment to picking up the dress the customer service was excellent.
It's a nerve wracking thing going in front of a stranger in just your Bridget jones pants, but Hannah made me feel so at ease and the dresses are just beautiful. Her knowledge and experience really shows. I picked Hannah's wildcard and I felt amazing in it on my wedding day
We hired the men's suits and again the service was fantastic and the men looked great. Hannah was fab with my 6 year old son who can be shy.

Experiencing it at The Wedding Room is just something else, not knowing what to expect Hannah instantly put me at ease & guided me along. I tried on a selection of dresses & after a few I found the one! Hannah never pressured me into buying it and she didn't rush me during our appointment. The whole process was just a dream each fitting session & then collecting my dress. On the day it was just perfect & exactly how I visualised, I wish I could do it all again! To make things even easier my partner hired his suits, the process was so easy for a group of lads. They looked so smart. Thank you all

I was nervous when I arrived but she made me feel so comfortable. I picked out some dresses I liked, when id tired all my choices and told Hannah what I liked and what I didn't, she new exactly what I wanted and picked me my dream dress!
