Workplace taster treatments can be anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes in length.

We have carried out many of these wellbeing sessions in the Dundee and Angus area for both public bodies and private companies. These sessions have proved very popular with staff by helping them to relax and reduce stress.

These sessions are suitable for whole or part day, away days and lunchtimes. Customers for which we have carried out these sessions include Dundee City Coucil, Angus Council, NHS as well as private companies. Our therapists bring all the equipment required, all we need is space.

Taster Services for Schools and Nurseries

We have experience of providing a range of services for schools for staff and pupils in primary and secondary schools. We can also offer CPD services for staff to learn therapies that they can use on themselves on in their classroom.

The Tranquility Zone is an approved provider of complementary therapies and massages for the "Short Breaks" service run by Dundee Carers and Angus Carers. I am pleased to announce that I am now approved by Parkinson's UK to provide complementary therapies including massage, reiki and reflexology to people living with Parkinsons or their carers in the Dundee and Angus area.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which uses spiritual energy to heal on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

You will be given two crystals to hold at beginning of treatment and then as you relax I will connect energetically to you and the crystals. In crystal reflexology I start with the chakras on the feet then work over the corresponding reflexes, allowing the crystals to guide me and lead the way. It is a crystal healing at its heart but takes its foundations come from reflexology as the whole body is energetically reflected on the feet.
