A Warm Bamboo Massage is a massage using warm bamboo sticks of varying lengths and diameters to roll, knead and relax muscles. It can be very effective in breaking down and stretching tight muscles. The treatment consists of bamboo canes of all different sizes that replace the therapist's hands in a similar manner to a hot stone massage. Bamboo canes are rolled over the muscles and the muscle is kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots.
