The Courts Claim fees and our admin fee is added to your debt collection claim, together with 8% interest applied to the debt you are owed going from the date the debt became due, to the date of your court judgment. As you can see, the costs of chasing your debt can be very tiny compared with the joy of recovering your unpaid debt. You face no charges at all until you need to progress your case to court when you must pay the court fees and our own fee. Fees are capped for huge debts and open to negotiation.
