Debz is a RYT200 Yoga Alliance Teacher and has been practicing and studying yoga for over fifteen years, it is now a way of life for her and includes meditation and spiritual study on a daily basis. During this journey Debz has overcome stress, anxiety, depression and compulsive disorders thanks to her committed practice to yoga and meditation. With the support of her yoga teacher LuLu Russell, Debz completed her teacher training with the renowned Brian Cooper of Union Yoga in April 2003. Soon after she began her own classes in Carlisle and Cockermouth.
