I paid for my plates over the phone & I was told I would receive an e-mail confirming my order and that my plates would arrive in 5 days however I never got the e-mail so I was a little worried. I had absolutely no need to worry as the ppc went one step further & arranged for my plates to be delivered the very next day. What a brilliant service I would definitely recommend this company - this is what you call customer service & satisfaction.

read moreGreat speedy service, paid to have all documents sorted, less than a week later the transfer was completed. Only niggle, I didn't purchase plates at the same time, wanted to buy locally but didn't receive the relevant document needed to do so with the email informing me the transfer had completed. I was unsure how to go about the process and was told by DVLA I would (or the company doing the transfer) get and email with a download document. I emailed Private Plate Company who promptly sent the document but I felt this information and download should of been sent to without me having to ask for it.

A big thank you to the team at The Private Plate Co. I found the personal number plate I was looking for after a short search on their website, easy to use. A quick telephone call to arrange for them to transfer my registration, very helpful and friendly all done within two days of sending my documents in.
