We currently have over 16, 000 patients registered with The Osmaston Surgery. We're a 6 partner training practice with 6 additional salaried doctors, 7 nurses and a team of non-clinical support team. The surgery is located on Osmaston Road near the London Road Community Hospital (formerly the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary) a short stroll from the city centre, and is well served by public transport. Car parking facilities are available at both the front and the rear of the practice.

You will need to be ready to expose the top of your arm, so that we can immunise you as quickly as possible. There will be limited parking on site, please use alternative travel arrangements if possible. For patients who are truly housebound, please telephone the Surgery as usual, so that we can add you to the waiting list.
