I had stupidly ordered the wrong frames and called the optic shop the day I received them (which was very quick next day) I phoned them straight away and spoke with a chap who was very friendly and sorted out everything, left a note and asked me to send back the ones I had and he would exchange for the correct ones. I sent them back on the Thursday and received the correct frames through the door on the Saturday morning. Really quick and no questions asked. Highly recommended! Oh and for a pair of Ray Bans, I got a great price!!

First class from start to finish, excellent comms (same day response to emails), great prices and a really good range of frames.They can't do enough to help you, the process is very straightforward and quick.
