The Milestone is situated in a building originally founded as the Ball Inn in 1833. This listed Building survived the disastrous Sheffield flood of 1864 and went onto serve the proud steelworkers of the Kelham Island area for more than a century. The Milestone prides itself on a chic gastropub atmosphere in the Bar with a fine dining ambience in the Restaurant. Nestling in one of the oldest industrial sites in Sheffield, we serve dishes that will stir up memories and excite your taste buds. Utterly superb, cannot remember a better meal. A little noisy for a Sunday afternoon but this did not detract from the great food, drinks and friendly service. Must go back soon, definitely a cut above and not expensive for the quality you get. Just been here for a staff do. Absolutely beautiful food.
