The Little Photography Company was born when we realised the growing demand for non-formal wedding photography that really captures the essence and excitement of the occasion. Although formal and portraiture photography is an integral stage of the day that we cover professionally and efficiently, our real point of difference is the addition of social documentary style photography which accompanies it. We prefer to get in amongst the guests to take natural pictures as opposed to herding them into uncomfortably arranged poses, and if there's dancing on the dance floor.

read moreAll portrait sessions are done conveniently in your home or at a location of your choice. Wherever possible our preference will be to shoot using natural light, but we also like to add some variety by using a simple portable backdrop and artificial lighting. This way we can get the more classic shots as well as those which incorporate your home. Sessions usually last around 2 hours but can last longer depending on any breaks required or what you would like to accomplish. We don't like to rush the photography as it's important that you feel relaxed.

read moreAfter having our wedding photos taken by The Little Photo Company just over three years ago we were thrilled that Tash was able to come and take some beautiful photos of our baby Daisy. Having the shoot at home was so relaxing and we were able to incorporate special things into the shots (blankets, toys etc) which was really lovely. Tash was really flexible as well so we were able to shoot between feeds and changes! We are absolutely over the moon with our photos and enjoyed a lovely day as a family that we'll always treasure.

To date we've been lucky enough to cover weddings in Manhattan, California, The Gambia, Italy, Berlin, Paris, Geneva and Annecy, but of course a local wedding 10 minutes away is just as welcome so we can be home by midnight!
