read moreClick and Collect- Please DO Not just turn up. We will contact you once your order is picked and we can organise a collection date and time. All delivery costs include VAT at the standard rate. Tipper and Shed deliveries are not available for the national areas. Individual Pallets are for items which require one pallet per item, eg project packs of paving. Single, Double, Triple and Quad pallets are for accumulated items, eg sleepers and decking.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.

We deliver nationally but depending on how close you are affects what sort of vehicle the delivery is made on. Generally CO and CM post codes are done on our own crane off lorries, beyond that normally orders are sent out on tail lift vehicles on pallets.
