Belgian owner Leentje Van den Eede (Leen for short! Studied in the Netherlands and at the New York Botanical Gardens, USA. She then trained with top Manhattan florists Floralia Decorators at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. In New York, she worked at Takashimaya on fifth Avenue, Plaza Florist on Park Avenue and Vert-de-gris. Leen moved to the UK in 2007 and took over an founded florists in Linton, near Cambridge, which she renamed 'The Flower Boutique' Within a year the shop was selected as one of just 12 English florists to feature in Sally Page's pretty.
