I am Kay Howard, a qualified Master Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, accredited Reflexologist and Reiki Master who is passionate about helping people to live healthier, happier, more positive lives. My own path of individual development has shaped my career, and started 12 years ago when I discovered my desire to work one-on-one to aid people recover from physical and emotional problems. This led to me training and qualifying as a Reflexologist and Reiki Master, and enhanced my capability to truly listen to, and connect with, my patients.
