The Duncan Group

At the middle of the Group is a long term investment portfolio and land bank built up over twenty five years by reinvesting profits. Duncan Investment Ltd's 1st acquisition was a 6 unit industrial investment at Moulton Park, Northampton, still owned by the Company to date. In 2003, the Group founded Duncan Developments Ltd following the acquisition of a part completed office development from Receivers.
