WOW. from enquiry to job done in less than an hour! Thats what you call service! (this wasnt even an emergency callout) 9.45 asked for quote online, 5 mins later get a phone call to arrange work to be done, 15 mins later guy turns up and after 20mins all done. One very satisfied customer. Thought it was going to be ridiculously expensive but was very very reasonable. Very friendly staff, would defo use again.

Gavin at The Drain Guys was brilliant. We used his team to do cctv drain surveys at two separate properties, when we were looking to purchase a house. We used The Drain Guys to survey a cable duct prior to the proposed installation of additional critical cabling. The engineer arrived to site as planned, was very helpful and took the time needed to get the information we wanted. All video files were issued as promised. Called The Drain guys in to sort a drain problem. I pinged them at 5 on a Sunday evening and they got straight back to me offering to come out that evening if necessary - As it would wait I asked them to come on Monday and they turned up at 9 as promised and sorted it out. 100% recommend. Gavin couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. As a first time buyer with zero knowledge of drain issues and a blocked foul water drain that needed clearing and surveying ahead of purchasing the property, I was a little anxious to say the least. Gavin explained everything and I definitely felt like he was on my side rather than just trying to get my business. Everything was arranged super quickly and the price was much more competitive than other quotes I'd received. Will definitely use The Drain Guys again in the future.

I had stupidly blocked our waste disposer and the dishwasher was backing up into the sink and nothing we tried would clear the blockage. So we rang The Drain Guys and Gavin came out the next day. Within a matter of minutes he had used his wet and dry hoover and the blockage was cleared. Easy as that! I was super impressed with the speed of response and efficiency with which he resolved the issue. Also, during these times of Covid-19 he was careful to wear gloves and maintain social distancing. Would highly recommend.

The drain guys came out to do a survey on our drains because we kept getting blockages he filmed everything and showed us he was doing i like to ask lots of questions and the engineer was happy to answer them for me. with in 4 days of attending i received a full report of the drains and there condition he had even done a site layout so we could see what we were looking at on the report.

"the drain guys were extraordinary. He gave a diagnosis which turned out to be dead accurate and worked hard with great determination to flush out all the rainwater drains. I was amazed, astonished and seriously impressed. It ended up by being a real colon irrigation for the house. The drains continue to flow freely when it rains and I am more than delighted!"
