Osteopathy and Physiotherapy
read moreOsteopathy can treat a range of musculoskeletal problems offering effective pain relief for issues such as back pain, joint pain, headaches & muscular strains. Please take a look below at the various conditions our osteopaths are able to treat. Back pain is extremely common - over six million patients visit osteopaths each year, and back pain accounts for over 50% of those cases. Pain exists for a reason. Your back will tell you very quickly when things aren't right, because the longer spinal faults go unchecked, the more widespread the strain suffered by the skeleton as a whole.

Acupuncture
read moreTCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncture can be beneficial on a mental, emotional and physical level. Treatment is focused on specific points along 'meridians' of the body where Qi (vital energy) flows. By regulating its flow, the body becomes balanced making acupuncture an effective therapy for wellbeing. Our TCM practitioners are fully qualified licensed acupuncturists and members of the British Acupuncture Council. Each year 2.3 million traditional acupuncture treatments are carried out in the UK, making this one of the most popular complementary therapies.
