The Body Balancing Clinic

The Bowen Technique is a gentle and non-invasive form of bodywork. During a treatment session, the practitioner makes tiny, but precise moves in specific locations on the body. These stimulate the fascia which holds together all the muscles and organs, to relax, thus allowing the body to realign itself naturally. Each set of moves, is followed by a 'wait' where the therapist leaves the room, giving the customers' body chance to relax and adjust.
