Bill Bell MBEng, the Managing Director has been active throughout the building industry in design and management throughout the North East since 1960. Bill is widely experienced in all types of construction from inception to completion, including design, measurement, costing, reconciliation of subcontractor's accounts, mediation in disputes and formal certification. Phil Ternent BSc (Hons) Dip DEA, NDEA - Director, Phil has many years knowledge within the construction industry from managing building related businesses.
