The Beauty Academy was established in 1990 to provide the highest quality, short term, intensive beauty therapy training courses. During every beauty course, emphasis is placed on practical work in small groups where each student receives a great deal of individual attention and there is a lot of opportunity to ask questions.Our students say they are delighted at how quickly they learn and how confident and competent they feel after just a few days.Since we pioneered short-term private beauty courses, 23 years ago, the market haschanged quite a bit. Today there are many schools offering courses but these are oftenheld in hotels, trainers homes or in local hair or beauty salons with very little genuine quality control and consistency of standards.
We have 11 purpose designed training centres around England and all of our centres have the latest quality products and equipment essential for todays professional courses. These centres are regularly inspected by verifiers from our qualification awarding bodies.

Just finished a diploma in Electrical Facials in Manchester and really enjoyed it! Karen was so knowledgeable, a great teacher, she knew the answer to every question and made us feel so comfortable. I feel very confident in knowing I have the background knowledge and the skills to now do the treatment. Highly recommended.

I have just completed a 2 day spa massage course with Lisa in Reading. It was a fantastic 2 days and learnt so much, Lisa was an incredible tutor and so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much and will be back to do more.

Following completion of the multiple-choice theory assignments and a small number of case studies provided to friends or family at home, you will achieve your diploma and be ready to start earning money! Tutor Leanne was so helpful and friendly and made me feel totally at ease. I was nervous as I have never done any beauty training before and she put me at ease straight away. Brilliant service and I will one hundred percent be using again.

read moreWe offer flexible high quality training in Beauty Therapy, Nail Care, Hair Removal, Make-Up, Lash & Brow Treatments and Holistic Therapy. All courses are accredited by Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT) allowing you to gain insurance & begin earning working from home or mobile upon completion of your training day(s). If you wish to work as a mobile therapist or offer occasional treatments from home, you will be sufficiently qualified with The Beauty Academy Diploma. All students receive the Diploma which allows you to gain public liability (beauty) insurance to work with paying clients from home or mobile.
