After getting into a bit of bother with our previous hosting provider, we contacted Jon and we immediately felt at ease and confident in the decision made. Jon has been outstanding in helping us move our 60 clients websites over to their platform and then tackling all the email accounts which I was dreading! The whole process has been done painlessly and professionally with minimum hassle or disruption.

Jon at Tecplicity has been taking care of our website hosting for a few years now, also handling all updates and security for our website. We switched our managed IT support over to Tecplicity in August 2020 after losing confidence in our current supplier. Since then we have seen huge improvements in our network performance and our staff know an expert helping hand is just a phone call away. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tecplicity, they made the switch of suppliers straight forward and pain free and we have been really impressed with their staff. We wondered why we had not moved our IT support sooner!

We approached TECPLICITY with an idea for a new competition website, they were brilliant! They designed and built the new site including our custom competition software. They also host our new site and provide all the email services we need, they provide great support and are always at the end of a phone or email if we don't understand anything. We were looking for a new hosting provider after not feeling looked after by our previous one. We like to keep business local wherever possible and came across Jon at Tecplicity. He went out of his way to help us with virus issues on our site before any business discussions were had He then proceeded to set us up with a faster and cheaper host. Hands down would recommend to anyone!
