TCS Contracting Ltd was formed in 2004 , to specialise only in the floor screeding and UFH trades with the goal of delivering a service that is second to none. We have built up an excellent knowledge of acoustic and thermal insulations and screed systems which allows us to put forward less expensive systems that still meet the same specifications, therefore delivering great savings to our clients.
All of our staff and operatives are fully CRB checked, enabling us to work on sensitive projects such as schools and prisons etc.
We believe that it is by following these objectives we have managed to secure hundreds of repeat orders over the years as well as sustaining steady growth. All of our screed teams are hand picked and assessed by our Contracts Director. The main criteria being their excellent quality of application, their understanding and commitment to health and safety, further training, development and a 'can do' attitude.
Each team has been fully trained in house and by the manufacturers' on all proprietary screed systems in our extensive Approved Contractor Range of Products. They have received training from insulation manufacturers for thermal and acoustic insulations. They are currently undertaking the new NVQ2 qualification for in-situ floor screeding.

Individual thermostat controls mean that each room can be heated independently. Only heating rooms that are occupied is more energy efficient.
Unlike radiators that have individual valves in each room, UFH systems have central manifolds with all valves in one unit, which makes it easier to control. UFH manifolds require minimal maintenance and are very quiet when running.

read moreOur highly skilled floor screeding teams and operatives are overseen and managed by our trained and experienced contract supervisors, who all work closely with our knowledgeable commercial department. Our operations, commercial and administration departments are all overseen by our management team that all have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the floor screeding and construction industry. All of our screed is installed as per British Standards (BS8204) and manufacturer guidelines. We hold the largest fleet of privately owned next generation screed pumps giving us the advantage of higher efficiency, reliability and minimising down time on site.
