These include what we understand to be Birmingham's largest Private Rented Sector (PRS) scheme being 217 apartments in central Birmingham. This particular contract has been secured following our earlier contract with the client at One Hagley Road of 271 apartments which we are currently on site with. In addition to numerous housing and commercial contracts we are also currently on site in Shrewsbury with an 87 Bed Student Accommodation Block.

We utilise the services of a qualified Health & Safety consultant however in addition our Contracts Director is also qualified to General Construction Certificate level in NEBOSH. All sites are controlled by Contracts Managers trained to Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) level. Furthermore Supervisors are trained to Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) level as a minimum.
