read moreBurgled early hours of Saturday morning, we needed to replace the back door lock. Husband phoned 'national call centre' for locksmith and after getting the runaround for 2 hours (we can't contact the engineer - oh yes he's on his way - no he's not) husband cancelled the callout. It was an absolute pleasure to call Frank and be told 'I'll be there in 20 minutes' and sure enough 20 min later there he was at the door.
