The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel very at home. The service was 5* at this point and only got better.
When Gareth called me through I was greeted with a smile and a warm personality. Gareths experience was obvious and he easily came to the route of the problem and a treatment plan. He was very reassuring and settled first time nerves. Explained everything in detail and spoke in laymans terms not at all patronising.

I continue to see Alex for general back health maintenance a few times a year, alongside of having regular massage too and have found I have the best results and benefits of both these treatments have keep me pain free and flexible even whist pregnant carrying my 2 son's.

Professional, friendly and instantly make you feel at ease. Alex is over flowing with knowledge and takes the time to share this so that I can understand it! I still have a long way to go but now feeling a lot more positive. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone else who has fallen off a horse!

Always find space in the diary to fit me in at short notice if required, along with my scheduled monthly visit to treat my bad back. Highly recommend Alex and the team. Value for Money
