read moreI have been driving almost 30 years and have bought many, many cars both privately and from dealers. The majority of dealers were quick to take my money but offered little or anything in the way of after sales care. In fact the majority wanted to absolve themselves of ALL responsibility, even if my vehicle developed a fault within the first 1 to 3 months from purchase.

Refreshingly Sal & Naz from Supercar Clinic give traders a good name. They were courteous from the beginning, did not pressure me over the weeks it took for me to make my final decision and gave me a very reasonable part exchange for my vehicle.

Having had so many cars in the past my initial visit was really to scope them out as people as opposed to buying a vehicle. What Ive learnt from past experience is, it is who you buy from as opposed to any particular vehicle that is important. If you get that relationship right then you know you can go back for repeat business and feel assured you will be looked after.

Im a cautious & thorough person by nature so when I did finally buy a car I was pleased with the detailing and transaction. As with many cars there are things that may come up that require additional attention. In the case of my vehicle they listened to my concerns, provided a courtesy car and kept me updated of their progress. Im reunited with my car and Id just like to reiterate the sign of a really decent company is how they treat you when things require action and Supercar clinic are definitely a company I would recommend and use again.
