The original workforce employed at our Pooley Lane, Polesworth site grew from under 10 to approximately 25 by 1989. Expansion was inevitable and the firm bought a further factory from Doulton Ceramics in Tamworth in 1990. Further sites were bought at Wilnecote in 1996 and Amington in 1998 over the coming years. By 1998 the organization was dispersed in and around Tamworth, but the logistics of managing an ever expanding operation was difficult fortunately in 1999 Stormking acquired a huge prestigious site.
