Stevie Bs

Stevie B's was conceived in October 1992 and born in march 1993, originally a tiny weights room with a tiny combat dungeon. It was used as a training camp for serious strength athletes and combatants. After a period of five years, the gym had a phenomenal reputation for turning out champions and world calibre athletes in numerous fields. The facility was taken over by Sarah Brindle in 1997. After retiring as British Body Building Champion, Sarah focused on creating the on going project that is Stevie B's. As a child and teenage athlete competing for Spark Hill Harriers, Sarah channelled her discipline and previous business experience into bringing the correct ingredients to the gym.
