read moreWe have a large range of equipment and activities, which include but are not limited to an extensive range of messy play, construction toys, small world play and even our very own musical instrument centre. Our children are given the opportunity to build and construct with a wide range of objects, they have free choice over any materials/resources they may require allowing them to adapt their work were necessary. The children also have the opportunity of expressing themselves and communicating their ideas through a wide range of materials and other suitable mediums, giving them the chance to create develops independence and prepares them for school.

read moreGreen Room 1 is for our children aged approximately 24-36 months. At this age the children are starting to form relationships and learn about simple goals and boundaries in early communication eg: sharing with others, developing awareness of themselves and expressing ideas and emotions through play. There are a variety of indoor toys and equipment which allow the children to either engage in group activities or explore on their own. There is a lot of focus on the first 100 words and language and communication activities ensure that children gain the vocabulary to express themselves confidently at an early age.

read moreThe Yellow Room is for our babies. This is a home from home environment where your baby will receive all the love and attention they need. The yellow room is devoted to babies ensuring maximum safety and comfort. The carefully selected toys help early stages of development, (Social, intellectual, physical, emotional, linguistic.) The staff of the baby unit want to make you and your baby's stay with us as happy and as homely as possible, with this we are flexible to keep to your baby's routine and accommodate your requests with regards to weaning.

read moreDuring our expansion in 2017 we created our very own playroom. The room has a variety of uses, it's perfect if the weather doesn't allow us to go outside and it's also fantastic for a range of extra outsourced activities that both our Pre-School and Green Rooms take part in. It is one of the largest rooms in the Nursery and allows us to do some amazing activities in there which smaller nurseries would struggle to offer. We also have dance classes where the children create dances around the book they are reading that week, for example if the children are reading 'Going on a Bear Hunt' there are lots of fantastic ways the children have come up with to show their favourite parts of the book.

read moreRed Room 2 is our second toddler room, opening in February 2018, it is a fun, caring and lively place for your child to enjoy. Your child will be introduced to a wider range of equipment and activities, which encourages early learning by focusing on all areas of development. Throughout the day in Red Room 2 the children are told stories, are given the chance to free play, we sing and dance and have lots of opportunity for creative play. There are opportunities daily which allow the development of sensory experiences, using different textures, colours, smells and sounds.
