I have found Steen Property Developments through a google search and I was contacted promptly. I was given a competitive price for a garage conversation and an architect wad arranged through them. Following the building warrant from the Council, they started the work. They kept us informed all the time, if there were any delay. Highly recommended local business. I was originally passed Steven's details from an architectural colleague to undertake some renovation work at my new property. Response was extremely fast - met the guys on site the following day to discuss. Very polite and knowledgeable about the work involved, and most importantly followed through and delivered.
