We supply and service rented property (flats and rooms) in Derby City Centre for specialists and students who require upmarket accommodation. Properties may be rented furnished or unfurnished. Tenancies are normally for 6 months for specialists or 12 months for students. The properties are well maintained and of a high level. Mr Steele deals personally with most maintenance calls and ensures all repairs are carried out promptly. Mr Steele is currently in the process of earning East Midlands Accredited Landlord status from EMLAS, and Derby City Council Accreditation for Student properties.
