As the roots of martial arts are difficult to trace, we move onto more recent history of martial arts, and martial arts became an important part of war and was used to kill or seriously injure an enemy, using your own body or any item that could be used as a weapon. As times have progressed martial arts have become more and more specialised in their own right.

Sensei Paul is a 6th Dan in Wado Ryu Karate and has been training for over 30years. Paul has extensive knowledge of working with young people and is highly qualified in child protection.
