I was particularly impressed by both the attitude and service to my impromptu request to collect my spectacles a day earlier than arranged. I was greeted pleasantly and was dealt with in an efficient manner. I left the branch with a smile on my face. The spectacles have met my expectations.

The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I popped in on the off chance of being fitted in for an eye test there and then, with little time to spare. As usual first class service, knowing I am still fighting cancer feel so well looked after and made another appointment for me to sort out cataracts as now on both eyes. Did get an appointment last year but unfortunately I was in hospital when it came did let them know unable to attend

The whole team at Syston were very friendly & helpful from the first moment. Put me at ease and showed really great customer care. I had to have extra time with the Optician as he wanted to check an eye condition I have and he was very thorough. I never felt rushed and felt I had really good care. Can highly recommend.

Experience satisfactory but whilst I appreciate advise re suitable frames, I would rather be left to my own devices when it comes to making a choice and not have an assistant breathing down my neck which causes me to rush my decision. On this occasion I believe I made the wrong choice.

Slightly delayed appointment was frustrating but quality of service provided was great. Optician explained everything to me as we went through the various tests and then explored the different options with me when I was ready to purchase a new pair of glasses

Excellent customer service when both choosing and collecting my glasses. Very pleased with the help and advice received from the lady on shift whilst trying on all the different styles. When picking up the glasses up, I was served by a very personable young man who spent time getting the fitting just right. Overall a very positive experience at St James, Sheffield Specsavers. Yasmeen is a gem inside a busy shop where only the special kind of customer service, can come only from patience served and applied to the customer. I was happy to receive great attention to detail. I just went in to get my glasses fixed today. It was a small thing. Hennan (I hope I spell her name correctly): take care of my glasses. It was a true pleasure for me to deal with her. She took her time, made the necessary repairs, and made me feel welcome and unhurried. Thank you once more, and I hope to see you soon because I'm going to get a new pair of glasses (the old ones were repaired because I didn't have time to make new ones).

We had an appointment was seen in a timely manner. Safety precaution are put in place. Not to many people are allowed in at one time. If you try on the glasses they are wiped down with sanitizer.
