read moreOutside of these hours, we are registered with two out-of-hours providers who will provide advice and see your pet in case of emergency. This is in compliance with guidelines set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Please call the practice on the usual phone number (01527 67402) and the answer phone will give you the relevant information. If your pet is at our practice during the day and requires hospitalisation overnight, your vet will provide you with advice as to which of the above options will be more suitable.

If we cannot provide a particular diagnostic test e.g. MRI scan or feel your pet would benefit from more specialist treatment, your vet will discuss with you a range of options as to other referral centres that will be able to help.
