These Core Krav Maga Seminars allow students to sharpen their basic techniques and to expand their knowledge of Krav Maga Self Defence (real-life scenarios, attacks and defences). In Core Krav Maga Seminars students will continue to train on strikes, defences against strikes, and self-defence, advancing to techniques that involve defending against weapons such as knives, guns and sticks. Our Instructor Team will be present to guide you safely through a fun and informative training and answer any questions you may have.
