I have had shoulder pain, poor posture & hip pain for about 6 months & it wasn’t getting any easier! Every time I leave here I feel rejuvenated and walk out with a spring in my step. It has helped me so much during exam stress and relieved the pain in my back, neck and shoulders. The exercises I have been given seem to be working and I never thought I'd look forward to having needles put in my back but I do because the pain relief and stress release is totally worth it!
