We pride ourselves on providing a professional and reliable service to our customers and furry friends. Whether it is the Pet Services or the Dog training services, we like to give all of our customers a personal experience with us. We get to know all of the animals individually and build a bond with them through positive reinforcement methods of training. We have grown from strength to strength from when we started trading in 2011, and now have as well as ourselves we have three other fantastic dog walkers, a junior dog trainer and two other agents working for us with the Pet Sitting services. We will also be looking to take on another dog walker in the Southampton area soon due to increased demand

Recreational Dog Training
read moreRecreational Training can help with a wide range of behaviours and issues. From over excited, barking behaviours right through to confidence building and helping with fear. We would always recommend an initial 1-2-1 with us.this would be with Gavin or Jeanette, and is available Tues-Thurs. We have a limited no of spaces, and get very busy so make sure you book in advance.

Behaviour Consultation
read moreAre you having Behaviour issues with your dog? We discuss, in depth, the issue/s you are having with your dog, what could be going on, and then work through a plan on how to help you and your dog. The initial consultation is approx 1.5 hours and includes a emailed report after. Behaviour consultations help to change the emotions of the dog.

Massive, massive thank you
I'm so glad we came for puppy classes! I really feel that thanks to Gavin, Jeanette and the team and their incredible knowledge and compassion, that we've given our dog the best start in life and the best step forward on our journey together. Not only that but they have given us handy tools and exercises and so much support to cope with puppy parenthood, which can be super challenging at times. They get it! They're calm, kind and absolute experts. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend... we're signing up for more!! Value for Money

We understand how stressful and overwhelming it can feel, combined with everyone giving you their opinion, and search engines offering conflicting advice, it can become a complete headache very quickly for many. Having both grown up around animals, Gavin and I have always had a passion for pets. As a young boy, Gavin loved to be involved with training the family dogs and when we met in 1999 - our passion for the ultimate family pet continued to develop.
