S West Refrigeration Company is a firm mainly involved in the dairy industry. Supplying service and maintenance on Bulk Milk Tanks and selling both new and 2nd hand tanks, DX & DX with Ice Builders, 2nd hand conventional Ice Bank Tanks, and Silos. Other equipment sold would be separate Ice Banks, Condensing Units, Plate Coolers, Tank Washers and ancillary parts for Bulk Milk Tanks. These parts would include the chemicals required to wash the tanks and all parts with regard to Hot Wash, as well as Cold Wash Clean. In addition to the dairy industry, South West Refigeration provide equipment for cold rooms, whether, chillers, freezers or blast freezers and deal in the provide of cold rooms. Fairly recently South West Refrigeration were involved in providing equipment to Cornish Country Larders where they provided humidifiers within the cold room thus ensuring as little weight loss as possible on the products.

A large variety of Air Conditioning is sold by South West Refrigeration and can vary from the multi purpose units that can cool or heat rooms in a large office block, or the conventional split systems, either ceiling cassettes, ceiling mounted or wall mounted systems. These can extract up to 14.5kW per system and can also be provided as reverse cycle heat pumps that will heat in the winter and cool in the summer.

We have gone from hot washing 3 times a day with a heating time of 6 hours per hot wash, to washing twice a day with a heating time of only 2 hours per wash. We also use the water for domestic central heating and using to feed freshly calved cows. They will consume about four times more hot water than cold.
